BASICS OF NINJA TRAINING 9TH KYU

BUJINKAN (Ninjutsu) BLACK BELT VIDEO COURSE - Level 1 of 9

NINJA TRAINING 9TH KYU IS "LEVEL ONE" (THE BEGINNING LESSON)
This lesson focuses on the most basic movements and concepts such as rolling (Kaiten), breakfalling (Ukemi), motion and awareness/evasion (Tai Sabaki and Zanshin), beginning strikes (kicking and punching - called Dakentaijutsu.) There is also a section on conditioning (Junan Taiso) where you can "join in" on a complete warm up session. This kyu also introduces basic dojo phrases and topics including vocabulary and pronunciation. You will also receive a free copy of the 40 page course guide (the entire curriculum of the black belt course) when you get this beginner lesson - a free gift to you. This lesson contains approximately 1 hour of instruction. Available in Hi-Def instant download, DVD or Blu-ray.

These comprehensive ninjutsu lessons with 10th Dan Sensei Mark Roemke show required knowledge for earning a black belt in the ancient art of the Ninja. Roemke has studied Bujinkan for almost 2 decades, is licensed to teach by Soke Hatsumi and founded the Santa Cruz Bujinkan Dojo over 10 years ago. He specializes in all weapons including Enshin Itto Ryu Battojutsu. A former New York state Tae Kwon Do Champion, Roemke is also trained in Kenpo Kung Fu, DeCuerdas Eskrima, Seibukan Jujutsu and military fighting tactics of the Army 10 Mountain Infantry.
